Shipping Information

When Will I Receive My Order?

Orders are shipped out directly from any of our many warehouses and they will do everything they can to get you your order as fast as they can! Due to the popularity of our shirts, please allow an estimated 7-15 Days for your order to arrive. Around 5 days once you place your order, we will send you your tracking number. Please note, that due to the extreme popularity of our shirts, these are only estimates. 

Returns Policy

What If I Am Wanting To Make A Return?

  • Returns Policy:

    • Buyers can return faulty item(s) for a refund within 7 days from the day the item(s) were received.
    • The buyer is responsible for covering the return shipping cost.
    • The item(s) must be returned in the same exact condition as when it was delivered.

    Returns/exchanges cannot be processed on the basis of wrong sizing, this is due to issues with our warehousing which we are facing at this time.

 

Refund Policy

What happens if my shipment gets lost/delayed in transit?

Customer satisfaction is our main priority as a business, we have a refund policy which helps protects our customers. A full refund is applicable for a customer if:

  • Your shipment is officially lost, Royal Mail would send an update on the tracking number if this was the case.
  • Your shipment still hasn't arrived at the customers given address after 60 business days since purchase.

What happens if delivery failed because of the incorrect delivery address given by the customer?

Unfortunately if the wrong address was given by the customer. A refund will not be given, as our shirts have very limited stock. Therefore we cannot refund/send a new shirt.
